Joss Whedon does "Wonder Woman"? ...What?!

Joss Whedon, amazing talent and my hero, has done a lot of different projects that may have been bad ideas at first, then turn out to be goldmines in the end. Most of all of his films have bombed or should be bombed (with exception for Toy Story), however, Joss turned it all around by doing the BTVS series, which some have still not given a chance, but who cares, he made millions on it. He followed with a spinoff, Angel, which also had some success as well. Then came Firefly. I liked Firefly myself, but it never got noticed or had enough of a push, until it went to DVD and became an instant cult classic. He then redeemed his movie career by making Serenity, a big screen sequel to the underrated show, Firefly. Now I truly beleive that he will do well in the future in the world of Hollywood films.Wait. Hold on a second. Whta's this I hear about Joss Whedon laying his golden hands on Wonder Woman? Like the cheesy comic book Wonder Woman? I feared this day where "The Man" Joss Whedon, would attempt to get into this comic book phase that hollywood is currently in. Now I know he leant a hand on X-men, but he never fully involved himself in, what i like to call, "The death of great movies". However, I have full confidence that he may actually do something decent with this story. Even if he did choose "Wonder Woman" of all bad characters.
