THE PHOENIX is to be adapted from Boetius' novel of
the same same. Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall
will produce. Boetius is the son of a Hindenburg elevator
operator who did survive the crash. There have been
umerous projects about the Hindenburg that have never
been produced. We wish this one luck.
STORYLINE: The story of the disaster/crash of the
Hindenburg. The story centers on the elevator operator who
survived the crash. After he escapes death, he becomes
obsessed with uncovering the cause of this horrible crash.
