Rookie Scribe A SHINING Star
Rookie scribe Shawn Lawrence Otto has sold his screenplay SHINING
WHITE to Digital Domain Films, the production arm of the special
effects house. Otto's SHINING WHITE is a multiple contest winner,
having won the Morrow Screenwriting Fellowship, the IFP/McKnight
Screenwriting Fellowship, and the IFP/Heathcote Art Foundation
Fellowship.
STORYLINE: An alcoholic addicted to gambling finds redemption
with the help of a Native American boy on an Indian reservation.
