ELECTION Novelist Sells COLLEGE
Novelist Tom Perrotta, on whose novel the film ELECTION (1999)
was based has sold hthe rights to his noovel JOE COLLEGE to
Deep River and Bona Fide Productions. No word on whether
Perrotta, or anyone else, has been hired to adapt. Ed Solomon
will executive produce.
STORYLINE: A Yale student from a blue-collar suburb of
New Jersey has to come to terms with his secluded life at college.
