Miramax has optioned the rights to the 2000 novel THE GREATEST
PLAYER WHO NEVER LIVED: A GOLF STORY by J. Michael Vernon. No
writer has yet been hired to adapt.
STORYLINE: The most talented golfer ever is poised to become
a national phenomenom, but there's one snag: he's been accused of
murder.
