Producer Options Wall Street Journal Article
Prodcuer Jonathan Kaplan has optioned a Wall Street Journal
article by Bill McGowan. Kaplan will produce the project. No
writer has yet been hired to adapt.
STORYLINE: Concerns a group of blackmailers in the 50's
and 60's who posed as corrupt vice squad members in an attempt
to extort money from closeted bisexual and homosexual men,
including politicians, military officers, and celebrities.
The NYPD finally cracked the case.
