Jive Records/Filmco are developing an untitled Britney Spears
project. Shonda Rhimes (INTRODUCING DOROTHY DANDRIDGE, TV, 1999)
has written the script and Tamra Davis (BILLY MADISON, 1995) will
direct Ms. Spears in her cinematic debut.
STORYLINE: Three childhood friends meet years later, travel
across the country to LA, and then compete against each other in a
musical contest. Guess who wins?
