Palminteri (FAITHFUL, 1996) and Tony Spiridakis (TINSELTOWN, 1997). Brett
Ratner may direct.
STORYLINE: A vain actor and an out of work writer must life with a
white collar criminal in order to write his life story before he goes to
jail.
