Grammnet Prods., the production company owned by Kellsey Grammer
of TV's "Fraiser", has acquired the dark comedy RAMP RATS by Scott
Phillips. Grammer will take an active role in the production of the
project. No word on whether or not he will take a role in the flick.
STORYLINE: True story of the 1999 American Airlines drug
smuggling scandal in which a number of baggage handlers were
arrested for drug trafficking.
