Cinetel Films Enlists Scribe To Adapt McInerney Novel
Cinetel Films has signed Simon Davis Barry (THE ART OF WAR, 2000) to
adapt and direct Jay McInerney's 1988 novel THE STORY OF MY LIFE. Barry
will also update the work to reflect the present day. This will be
Barry's directorial debut.
STORYLINE: Follows the trials and tribulations of a cokehead aspiring
actress.
