Mackenzie Productions Picks Up Abdul-Jabar Script
Mackenzie Productions has picked up a script by Chris Cannan that
was adapted from a biographical book about basketball legend Kareem
Abdul-Jabar. Abdul-Jabar will act as executive producer on the flick
which may very well turn out to be a MOW.
STORYLINE: Kareem spent a year on an Apache reservation as a
basketball coach and teacher. This is his story.
