WHITE HORSES...
Screenwriting duo Brandon Camp and Mike Thompson
(STEINBECK'S POINT OF VIEW) have signed with Lions
Gate Films. They will be directing and producing
their original script WHITE HORSES. Lions Gate will
finance and distribute the picture, with the intention
to begin lensing before the potential writers' strike
ext spring.
STORY LINE: a 1950s story that centers on
a legendary coach of a top Northeastern university team
suffering from alcoholism, ends up coaching a bunch of
delinquents.
DEAL: undisclosed.
WRITERS: Brandon Camp and Mike Thompson.
