Joe Roth options SIS BOOM BAH for Julia Roberts
As a possible starring vehicle for Julie Roberts,
producer Joe Roth optioned the screen rights to
Jane Heller's latest novel, "Sis Boom Bah." No word
yet on who will pen the screenplay.
Story line: romantic comedy about the antics that
are unleashed when a Gotham soap opera writer moves to
Boca Raton, Fla., to live with her sick mother and sister
whom she's always hated.
