Warner Bros. discovers JACK'S NIGHT...
Warner Bros. has picked up scribe John O'Brien's action-comedy
spec "Jack's Night," in a preemptive low-six-figure bid. Akiva
Goldsman of Weed Road Pictures will produce.
Story line: a self-satisfied African-American vice cop
discovers he's out of his league when he tries to put a stop to
a big-time crime ring.
Deal: rumored to be in the mid-six-figure range.
Writer credits: He's a cherry!
