Scribe hired to write PALS for Seven-figures!
Warner Bros.-based Castle Rock Entertainment has signed scribe Jim
Herzfeld to write "Pals" for Billy Crystal, who will star and produce.
Story line: As part of a prison community work program, an
inmate is matched with an upstanding family, when he discovers that
the family is more corrupt than he ever was.
Deal: high-six figure advance against a low-seven figures.
Writer credits: "Meet the Parents"
