Scribes David Diamond and David Weissman have been hired
by Columbia to pen "One Too Many," a comedy.
Story line: inspired by the 1940 comedy "Too Many
Husbands," which concerned a woman who takes a new husband
after the old one drowns, only to find out her first husband
was alive.
Deal: high-six-figures.
