THE BROTHERS is now a GEM
Screen Gems has acquired worldwide rights to "The Brothers,"
by scribe Gary Hardwick.
Story line: centers around four younger Black men --
a married banker, a bachelor attorney, a reformed playboy
and a doctor -- who call themselves "The Brothers." When
the playboy announces that he's getting hitched, panic
ensues as his friends must address their own problems with
commitment and honesty in their relationships with women.
Deal: low-six-figures.
