Hollywood Script Deals
MGM has grabbed the spec dark humor script "A Guy Thing," by
scribes Greg Glienna and Pete Schwaba.
Story line: a young, honest man, about to be married, gets drunk
the night before his wedding and winds up in bed with a woman he
hardly knows and tries to cover it up, doesn't work so the weddings
off, what does he do? Well, heck with it he decides and gets back
together with the one-night-stand girl.
Deal: Mid-six-figure range.
Writer credits: "Desperation Boulevard" (1998); "Meet the Parents"
(1992)
