Disney is gay over their pitch acquisition of "Smile,"
a comedy by pens-men Mick Davis.
Story line: A wealthy man has to hire a comedian to
help his unhappy son experience joy; can anyone say
"The Toy," starring Richard Pryor.
Deal: mid six-figure range, rumored at $450,000.
