Hollywood Script Deals
Miramax Films has secured Marc Klein's love story spec
"Serendipity."
Storyline: two college students who, after deciding they're
soul mates within hours of meeting each other, separate and
decide to leave their reconnection to destiny.
Deal: $500,000 which also includes a blind script agreement,
as well as an option for another script down the line.

Mel Gibson's Icon Productions has aquired Adam Greenman's
thriller spec "Lock Box" for development at Paramount Pictures.
Storyline: a real estate agent in Beverly Hills, whose life unravels
when he falls in with a psychotic beauty he meets in the course of
showing an estate.
Adam Greenman credits: His last feature picture was New Line's 1993
omantic comedy "Three of Hearts."
Deal: rumored to be in the mid six figure range.
