Cameron Crowe sold his comedy project Elizabethtown to DreamWorks Pictures and Paramount Pictures. The story centers on the resilience of the life force and an unexpected romance that develops against the backdrop of a Southern patriarch's elaborate memorial. Crowe's Vinyl Films and Tom Cruise C/W Productions will produce. Cameron Crowe will of course direct. Kirsten Dunst and Ashton Kutcher are rumored to be starring.
