More news on INDIANA JONES 4. Early reports had M.Night Shyamalan writing the script, than not writing it, than writing it again. What is clear is that INDIANA JONES 4 is gaining momentum. As the fourth installment picks up steam at Paramount with George Lucas, Steven Spielberg and Harrison Ford are pressing hard to find a writer. It now appears that Tom Stoppard is being courted to write INDIANA JONES 4 with an eye on going into production in 2004. The trio has been sidetracked by other projects, adds the trade, and it took time to come to terms with Paramount on the budget of the film, but Lucas came up with a story.
