Best Picture: A BEAUTIFUL MIND
(Not a lock as late buzz says it could be MOULIN ROUGE)
Best Original Screenplay: MEMENTO
(Still haven't figured out why it is considered original, as it was based on his brother's short story)
Best Adapted Screenplay: A BEAUTIFUL MIND
(I also like Rob Festinger and Todd Field's IN THE BED ROOM)
Best Director: RON HOWARD
(A stone cold lock)
Best Actor: DENZEL WASHINGTON
(A two horse race with Russell Crowe)
Best Actress: HALLE BERRY
(Probably a long shot)
