Carr to remake BLANDINGS

Steve Carr is onboard for a modern-day remake of the 1948 comedy MISTER BLANDINGS BUILDS HIS DREAM HOUSE. The original film, which starred Cary Grant, was about a couple who live in a New York apartment and decide to move to the country and build a home, a task that proves much easier said than done.
