Schneider to star in Reiss INSURANCE pic.

Rob Schneider is attached to star in THE ADVENTURES OF SINBAD THE INSURANCE SALESMAN. A comedy about a claims officer who is unlucky in love until he meets a girl who transforms his life.
The script was written by SIMPSON writer Mike Reiss, who, with partner Al Jean, has penned some of the shows funniest scripts. Including the legendary MARY POPPINS spoof.
Reiss sold this script to Paramount Pictures for a five hundred thousand dollar advance against an eight hundred and fifty thousand dollar payout if the film is produced.
Reiss and Jean, along with guys like George Myers and John Swartzwelder, were there from the first season -- the first show. And theyre still pumping out choice material. So this should be no different. Now about the casting of Rob Schneider...
