Colorado Writer Inks Pact With French Producer

Colorado Writer/Filmmaker Don Vasicek will co-write, direct and co-produce with Griffen Films Production, THE MARY'S OF THE SEA, a film about the three Mary's and their stories after the crucifixtion of the Christ. Griffen Films Production has also in development a feature film titled THE LAST APOCALYPSE. It is being co-produced by Patrice Booneyrat and Blair Gawthrop, written by Ed Montesano and which also involves Don Vasicek and his company, Olympus Films +. Vasicek, writer/consultant for MGM/Law Brothers Productions'WARRIORS OF VIRTUE; and writer/director/producer for Olympus Films + FACES and OH, THE PLACES YOU CAN GO, is also writing and directing a documentary film about the Sand Creek Massacre being produced by Olympus Films +. THE LAST APOCALYPSE will be shot in Southern France, Canada and Denver. Post production is planned in Littleton at AT&T Digital Media Center.
