ALMOST FAMOUS, by Cameron Crowe.
YOU CAN COUNT ON ME, by Kenneth Lonergan.
BILLY ELLOIT, by Lee Hall.
BEST IN SHOW, by Eugene Levy and Christopher Guest.
This year's Golden Globe screenplay winner, Stephen Gaghan, leads the field for Best adapted screenplay with his effort, TRAFFIC.
Other WGA nominees for best adapted screenplay:
Tsai Kuo Jung, James Schamus and Wang Hui-Ling for the martial arts fantasy CROUCHING TIGER, HIDDEN DRAGON, based on the book by Wang Du Lu.
