Writer/director Neil Jordan (CRYING GAME) has optioned novelist Peter Carey's "The True History of the Kelly Gang" with the intention of adapting it himself.
The Story centers on the notorious and legendary folk hero Ned Kelly, a kind of Jesse James-like Australian bandit.
