4filmmakers.com describes CRIM LAW as "BASIC INSTINCT meets WALL STREET," and that sounds about right. Michael Douglas is attached to star and produce the drama, which is written by Stephen Peters. CRIM LAW is the story of a professor who, during the course of the semester, does a mock trial in class with his students. During the trial they learn how to commit the perfect murder.
