Script Report: Walt Disney Hires Scribe to Adapt THE REAL PORKY PHILLIPS

Walt Disney has signed scribe Michael Browning (SIX DAYS SEVEN NIGHTS) to adapt Brit Mark Haddon's novel "The Real Porky Phillips" for a mid-six figure advance. The total payout will reach the high-six figures if produced. No word on attachments or Star interest.

Browning recently made a successful pitch to remake UNDER SUSPICION for Universal.
